Men are often attending but not engaging—and you can't quite name why. This audit shows you where the gaps are and how to close them. A focused diagnostic, done remotely with no travel cost. I review your engagement, interview your leaders, and study how you resource your men—then hand you a custom blueprint: where to strengthen, and a step-by-step plan to build prayer-driven discipleship.
2. Leader-to-Coach Blueprint — $850 half-day / $1,250 full-day
Your staff may be carrying the relational load alone. This builds a lay-leader bench that carries it with you. A hands-on workshop, remote or on-site, that equips volunteer leaders to guide men into deeper waters—asking the questions that break through, moving past surface-level prayer, teaching men to pray through daily life. Interactive, skill-based training that turns coordinators into leaders who coach men.
3. Spiritual Launchpad Weekend — $2,500
Big events light a fire that dies by Tuesday. This one is built to last past the weekend. A retreat or launch event that shifts your men's spiritual culture. I keynote, but the real work is the 60-day runway—30 days of prep before, 30 days of momentum after—so it lasts instead of fading by month's end.
On-site visits add travel and lodging at cost. The Audit and remote workshops carry none.
No Ministry Priced Out
My heart is for small churches, plants, and parachurch ministries doing this work on a tight budget—budget should never keep men from being equipped to pray. If the rates are a stretch, just ask. Scholarship rates, multi-ministry cohorts, and hardship options are all on the table.
