What happens if I miss a week?
We reschedule. Your sessions are set around your life, so a full week isn't a problem—we find the next time that works.
Are sessions recorded?
No—nothing is ever recorded. What's shared stays between you and your coach. This is a place to be honest—confidentiality is critical.
Cost
Why is the coaching priced so low?
