Spiritual Framework: This is a Christ-centered coaching and ministry resource—not therapy, medical, or legal advice. If you need clinical or professional help, please see a licensed professional.

Free Resources: Our books and workbooks are free for your personal use, but they're copyrighted. Please don't repost, resell, or feed them into AI tools.

Intellectual Property: Everything we create stays our intellectual property, though we grant churches a permanent license to share our ministry tools internally.

The Legal Stuff: We can't promise specific outcomes, and we keep things grounded in Tennessee law.

Welcome to The Dads Prayer Coach. This website (the "Site") and the services, coaching programs, workshops, books, workbooks, and consulting engagements offered here are operated by TriStar Velocity, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as The Dads Prayer Coach. By accessing our Site, downloading our resources, or booking a coaching or ministry consulting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services & Spiritual Framework

The Dads Prayer Coach provides spiritual coaching, men's ministry consulting, leadership workshops, free books, digital workbooks, and event strategy. Our services and resources are explicitly grounded in a Christian worldview, focused on Christ-centered prayer, biblical principles, and spiritual disciplines.

2. No Professional Mental Health or Legal Advice

While our coaching, consulting, books, and workbooks address deep emotional, relational, and structural challenges faced by fathers and ministry leaders, our services are strictly spiritual, informational, and strategic in nature.

Coaching and books are not therapy. We do not provide licensed mental health counseling, psychological therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.

Your responsibility. If you or a family member requires professional clinical medical care or counseling, you agree to seek the services of a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

Our coaching services are intended for residents of the United States. By purchasing, you represent that you reside in the United States. TriStar Velocity, LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any purchase at our discretion and to issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Payments, Billing, and Church Bookings

Individual & Group Coaching.

All payments for the Private Intensive and Group Intensive must be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to your first session.

Ministry Consulting & Audits.

Church and parachurch consulting engagements are governed by flat project fees. A deposit or signed agreement may be required to secure dates on our ministry calendar.

Payment Processors.

All financial transactions for paid services are securely handled by our third-party scheduling platforms and secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your financial details on our systems.

5. Cancellation, Delivery, and Refund Policy

We strive to be excellent stewards of your trust and resources, and we ask for the same commitment in return.

Private Intensive.

We offer a 3-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If, within seventy-two (72) hours following the conclusion of your first session, you determine the program is not a fit, you may request a full refund in writing. Once this window expires, all fees are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for any remaining balances on your payment plan. Your license to use any associated materials remains subject to Section 6.

If you have a concern about your experience, contact us directly and we'll discuss it.

Group Intensive.

All fees are paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to the group's first session. Once the first session has been scheduled, all fees are non-refundable. The Group Intensive follows a set schedule; individual attendance is not a basis for refund or rescheduling.

Free Books & Workbooks.

Access to our free book volumes and associated digital workbooks is granted at our discretion. No purchase is required for these downloads, and they may not be repackaged or sold by any third party.

Ministry Consulting & Events.

Because church consulting packages, the Leader-to-Coach Blueprint, and the Spiritual Launchpad Weekend involve extensive calendar blocking and prep work, cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event may forfeit a portion of the deposit to cover hard costs and preparation time.

Rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule a Private Intensive session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that session. Group Intensive sessions follow the group's agreed schedule and are not rescheduled for individual absences. If your group needs to reschedule a session, contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will accommodate where our calendar allows.

6. Copyright, Proprietary Materials, and Use Restrictions

All materials, customized blueprints, workbook frameworks, audio/video content, worksheets, and digital resources provided during our coaching or consulting engagements are the exclusive intellectual property of TriStar Velocity, LLC. Our trademarks and a general overview of our intellectual property are also described in our Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice at TheDadsPrayerCoach.com/intellectual-property.

For Ministry Consulting Clients (Churches/Parachurches).

When your ministry purchases a strategic blueprint or workshop training, your specific local church congregation is granted a permanent, non-transferable license to use, print, and distribute those physical tools internally to resource your local men and volunteer leaders. You may not resell, repackage, or distribute these proprietary frameworks to outside churches, networks, or public web platforms.

For Individual and Group Coaching Participants.

All resources, worksheets, guides, and audio content delivered during coaching sessions or through the Audio Coaching Track are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial development. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, distributing, or transferring these proprietary resources to others. Furthermore, you agree that you will not use our frameworks, concepts, or materials for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to launching a competing coaching business, building your own paid curriculum, or running unauthorized workshops using our content.

7. Book Downloads, Digital Publications, and Disclaimers

For all books and digital workbooks authored by Ron Maxson, Jr., published by TriStar Velocity, LLC, and offered as free downloads via this Site, the following strict terms apply:

Copyright & Distribution.

While these files are offered as free downloads for personal use, they remain copyrighted works. No part of our publications may be re-uploaded, hosted, or distributed on other websites, cloud folders, or file-sharing platforms without our prior written permission. All downloads must originate directly from our Site.

Anti-Piracy & AI Scraping Prohibition.

You are strictly prohibited from feeding, uploading, or scanning our free book PDFs or workbooks into Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, large language models, or automated scraping tools. You may not use AI or any software to extract content from our books to generate derivative works, spin-off workbooks, study guides, or alternative formats for public or commercial use.

Privacy & Composite Character Notice.

Case studies, narratives, and stories featured within our publications are composites drawn from the real-life experiences of men known by the author. Names, locations, organizations, occupations, and all other identifying details have been changed to protect the privacy of individuals. These are not biographical accounts, and any resemblance to specific individuals, living or dead, or actual entities is purely coincidental.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our consulting, coaching, strategies, and free publications on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to resource your ministry and home. We cannot guarantee specific numerical attendance increases or specific personal outcomes. You agree that TriStar Velocity, LLC and its authors assume no liability to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss, damage, disruption, or distress caused by technical delivery errors, technical or editorial omissions, or the application of the concepts or coaching advice contained on this Site or within our free books.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of our Site, services, or free publications are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the appropriate court closest to Spring Hill, Tennessee.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect shifts in our programs, publications, or operations. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the newest version.
